Position Summary: This position is the executive responsible for Mediasoft Data System Limited's sales success at the M-level. This is a new position with heightened expectations for all aspects of sales. Primarily responsible for driving future commercial sales success while delivering on current expectations. Responsible for strategic sales leadership and revenue delivery for the company across all lines of business and channels, including internal sales staff. Included in this role is responsible for directing and managing market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution, and channel strategies. This goal is achieved by providing leadership toward the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and values. Job Description: 1. Spearhead the creation and development of sales strategy and make sure that it aligns with its objects. 2. BDM must have a good source/client base for software and hardware sales. 3. Must have a sound knowledge of Tendering. And also have good professional communication with e-Govt sector. 4. Keep a high level of professional relationships with corporate clients. 5. Design and execute the various aspect of the sales process implemented by the company. 6. Come up with creative ideas that can boost the company’s sales flow and increase revenue generation. 7. Work with entire sales personnel and ensure the relationship between company and consumer. 8. Analyze the competitors and find key areas where the company can leave the competition behind and forge ahead. 9. Track the performance of Sales Personnel to keep them on their toe. 10. Maintain proper KPI to develop sales team and bring maximum profit for the Company. Additional Requirements: 1. Proven Experience of at least 8-10 years in Software Sales. 2. Strong Communication Skills. 3. Analytical Skill and must have good negotiating skills. 4. Awareness of all the latest, high-end technology and making sure that the company doesn’t lag behind the competition. 5. Must have experience in OEM Sales. Educational Requirements: 1. Masters / MBA in marketing or relevant subject from any UGC-approved University. 2. Associate / Professional level certifications in Microsoft/Google/Other OEM will get priority.
